COSMETOLOGY
PROGRAM SUMMARY
Our Cosmetology Program is designed to give students a head start in the beauty industry through a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience. Over the course of three years, students build the technical skills, professional confidence, and industry knowledge needed for real-world success. This program will prepare students for state licensure and immediate entry into a high-demand, high-creativity career field.

CREDITS
• HS credits will be awarded at the end of each semester
• Up to 9 High School credits may be earned upon successful completion of the three year program.

Program Information
Location: MICTED's Centerpointe Campus:
2989 Centerpointe E Dr.
Prescott, AZ 86301
Class Schedule: 3 Year program with extended semesters and class times.
Monday - Friday Classes from 7:00am-10:00am
OR
Monday - Friday Classes from 1:00pm-4:00pm
Grade Level Requirement: Students must be 16 years old OR have earned 10 High School credits by the time classes start. Transcripts or proof of age will be required for admittance.
Pre Req Info:
- Accuplacer Reading Test
- Students must complete OSHA 10 for Cosmetology online prior to the beginning of classes. Course keys will be provided to students by MICTED upon conditional acceptance into the program.
- Students must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship to meet AZ State Board of Cosmetology requirements.
