I have been informed and understand the contents of the 2025-2026 Mountain Institute CTED Handbook, and understand it is my responsibility to adhere to the rules and regulations contained therein. I also understand that the Handbook is published on the Mountain Institute Website and is subject to change at any time when it is deemed in the best interest of students and the school community. By completing this Form, I acknowledge that I am bound by the policies, guidelines and expectations contained in the Student Handbook.*
